HKF sponsors Teachers Reward System (TRS)
TRS aims to reward such teachers who contribute to HKF’s vision through their measurable performance
Unique System to Track Teachers’ Performance
HKF has designed the entire TRS (from concept to manual to every detail of the entire system)
- TRS to be executed by an independent committee (2 from NES, 2 from HKF, One Outsider)
- Period of evaluation : Round the year; Data capture on regular frequencies
- Multiple Channels of evaluation:
- Students
- Management
- Peers
- Volunteers
- Parents
- Others (marks migration , teacher’s attendance, etc)
- Multiple methods of data capture : Information for evaluation would consist of various forms such as questionnaires, interviews, observations, feedback, students’ workbooks, marks, attendance
- Rewards & Certificates to be given away twice in an academic year
- TRS would reward upto top 33% (Rather than rewarding just Top 3 teachers)
- so that every teacher is seriously motivated to make significant impact on students
Launched a pilot program at DS Kanyasala school (60 teachers)
Re-skilling Teachers

HKF believes that the ‘Quality of Teaching’ depends on the competence of teachers
