e - Rescuer with wireless screen

WCT has helped design the 'e-Rescuer' - a thermal imaging equipment that will be used to detect wild animals involved in conflict situations during night, day or foggy conditions

The e-rescuer is likely to
enhance the animal-detection ability of the rescue team
manifolds, especially during night and under foggy
   conditions.

It will reduce the risk to the lives of the rescue team
   members during a rescue operation.

The e-rescuer will greatly assist in tracking wild animals,
planning tranquilization and mitigating man-animal conflict
   situations.

Solar Energy and Potable Water

WCT has invested in designing
   special Solar Integrated
   Systems for Anti-poaching
   Camps (APCs).

Over 2000 units have been
installed in APCs of 65 PAs
   across India.

The Unit can charge important equipment such as
communication radio sets, cameras, mobile phones and
provide for lighting in Anti-poaching camps
